Brighton Woods is a Lennar-built, single-family home subdivision located west of Surfside Beach in the Burgess Community off Highway 707 and near Holmestown Road. This community offers 6 different floor plans from nearly 1750 sq ft to 2150 sq ft, and the average price is $232,933.Each home in Brighton Woods features a two-car garage, hardwood floors, brushed nickel hardware, and a fireplace. Brighton Woods is also just minutes from the beach, shopping, golf, entertainment, and restaurants that the Myrtle Beach area offers.
Chapel Ridge is a residential community located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in the Garden City area. There are a variety of styles and floor plans available in this community and prices average around $273,000. Chapel Ridge is also in the St. James school district which are some of the best in the area. The Chapel Ridge community is also located just minutes from, rivers, public boat landing, beaches, entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and lots of other attractions in the Myrtle Beach area.
Charleston Lakes is a Benchmark Communities built, single-family home community located just off Highway 707 and behind the Brighton Woods neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Homes feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, spacious rooms, and kitchens with both a breakfast bar and a pantry. There are various three and four-bedroom and bathroom layouts that feature from 1,285 to 2,500 square feet of personal living space, with prices averaging around $295,667. Collins Glenn is a small community located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The majority of homes were constructed between 2005 and 2006 and are mainly younger dwellings, with many less than ten years old. The homes come in various sizes and types, and the neighborhood is ideal for families due to its large homes and peaceful streets. The majority of the houses are bigger, with 3 or 4 bedrooms and up to an acre of land. Collins Glenn homes are still very competitive, with prices beginning in the low $200,000s. Basic cable television, a lovely community pool, and upkeep of the communal areas are all included in the HOA rates. Since this lovely community is located outside of Myrtle Beach, residents can still appreciate the area’s beaches.
Cypress River Plantation is a gated community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Homesites and custom constructed homes with stunning Waterway and lakefront views are available throughout the 500-acre community. Many of the homes in Cypress River were custom-built, some as recently as the late 2000s. Some are brand new, although there are still plenty of lots available for purchase. These homes are big estate-style homes with 4-6 bedrooms and plenty of space with a half-acre or more. These estate homes vary in price from the mid-$300,000s to over a million dollars, with an average price of about $500,000. A clubhouse with exercise facilities, a large waterfall pool and a kiddie pool, a playground, tennis and basketball courts, a yacht dock, and connections to a full-service marina are among the many amenities available in the development. Cypress River Plantation is also located on the Intracoastal Waterway, west of Surfside Beach, making it close to all of the attractions the Myrtle Beach area has to offer.
Fox Chase is a small single-family home neighborhood in Murrells Inlet with a welcoming atmosphere. The size of homes in Fox Chase ranges from 1,500 to 3,100 heated sq ft. The majority of the houses are three bedrooms which vary in price from the low $200,000s to the mid $300,000s. Residents and visitors will enjoy a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The Blackmoor Golf Club, located directly across the street from the village, is a popular hangout for locals who enjoy a round of golf. Five minutes south is the TPC of Myrtle Beach course, and there are many public golf courses nearby, including Indian Wells Golf Club and Indigo Creek Golf Club.
Harmony at St. James is a single-family neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There are several large floor plans to choose from, all of which have regular two-car garages. The average home in this neighborhood sits on a large lot, with floor plans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. There are four lakes in the neighborhood, as well as several park benches for visitors to enjoy. Home sizes range from 1376 sq. ft. to 2361 sq. ft., with prices starting in the high $100,000’s. An open-air pavilion with grilling facilities and a fire pit area are among the community’s amenities. Beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment are all close by. Murrells Inlet, South Carolina’s seafood capital, is less than 10 minutes away, and the nearby boardwalk provides waterfront dining and live music every day.
Island Green is a beautiful golf course village nestled in a peaceful Myrtle Beach neighborhood. The numerous golf course fairways are intertwined with both single family homes and condos. Within the neighborhood, there are several 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses, the majority of which are under 2000 heated sq ft. The majority of the homes in the Island Green neighborhood are between 10 and 20 years old, but there are both newer and older homes in the neighborhood and all prices average around $187,000. The school district for Island Green is St. James and Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, and Murrell’s Inlet are all within a short drive of the community. Golfers can appreciate the easy access to the playable course, as well as the pro shop and restaurant. Island Green residents have access to lush green grounds, a well-appointed clubhouse, and an indoor/outdoor pool.
